Public Policy

The Victims of Immunity Foundation sees a need for reform of many state and national public policies that currently allow for ease in Slave Trade Human Trafficking.  Please check back with this page often as we update it with a stronger legal definition of human trafficking, stronger immunity forfeiture policy, and reform of current immunity abuse loopholes used by immunity holders.

On a state level, public policies differ and this where you abolitionist need to help us at the Victims of Immunity Foundation begin to log the laws and policies that are being abused by traffickers.  

Judge Positions:  No meaningful enforcement against Judges is made nation wide, and we end up with things like the Cash for Kids Scandal.

California:  Vexatious Litigant Policy is being used to human traffic mostly women throughout the California Court System.  Court Ordered Mental Evaluations are being used to human traffic women, men, and children throughout the California Court System.  Operation Shadowbox is being used to human traffic women through.  Non Judicial Foreclosures are being used to human traffic and launder through.  Home Owners Association Laws are being used in California by Human Traffickers who target homeowners.  Private Investigation Laws or lack there of, are being abused in California by Human Traffickers.  Court Ordered Mental Evaluations are being used to silence and discredit Witnesses and Victims.

Oregon: 

Washington:  Court Ordered Mental Evaluations are being used to human traffic women, men, and children throughout the Court System.  In Vancouver a ring of west coast immunity seeking human traffickers that are employed as cops are targeting women that they call wrongdoers; actively trying to imprison and rape women that have been arrested and even cherry picking victims to arrest after having specific men date them just to get them into proximity of an investigation, and then into the arms of the state correction employees that they whent to high school with & have asked out on dates, and then watch on the jail cameras after the girl turns down a date.
