How Your Donations Are Spent

We are an entity that is supported by public donation and we need your support as our Mission is important.  Donations are used in compliance with standard non-profit expenditure models, and common decency related to ethical handling of funds.

501 (c)(3) Ruling:  We are a tax exempt Foundation under 501(c)(3) Non Profit Public Charity Status 170 (b) (1) (A) (vi)  of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions are deductible under  section 170 of this code. We are qualified to receive donations, and tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under section 2055, 2106, or 2522 of the code. 

Our purposes are supported by those described in section 501(c)(3) under charitable, religious, educational, scientific, literary, public safety, and preventing cruelty to children or animals.  The term charitable is used in its generally accepted legal sense and includes relief of the poor, the distressed, or the underprivileged; advancement of religion; advancement of education or science; erecting or maintaining public works; lessening the burdens of government; lessening neighborhood tensions; eliminating prejudice and discrimination; defending human and civil rights secured by law; and combating community deterioration and juvenile delinquency.
